COVID-19 Worship Restrictions
Weekly services at St John's has now resumed, but will be subject to Queensland Government guidelines, rules and advice.
There will be one service each Sunday. No bookings are required.
COVID-19 restrictions will be in place. Seating is set up for social distancing. Families or couples can sit together, otherwise, you will need to keep 1.5 metres apart.
Face masks are required when entering or leaving the church, and elsewhere when not seated.
We are responsible not only for our own health but also the health of everyone in the congregation. If you feel you are unable to comply with these COVID-19 regulations please reconsider your attendance.
During Holy Communion distribution, you will collect your sacraments from the table at the front of the church and return to your seats. When all are seated, we will all commune together.
Morning tea following the service has resumed, but there is no self-service. You will be served with drinks and snacks, and then you may choose your seating for a chat, while observing social distancing.
If you use the toilet facilities, please wipe down all contacted surfaces with the disinfectant wipes provided and, after washing your hands, please use a paper towel to open or close the door.
Please observe all advice and directions from those on duty.
Come join us in worship...together in Christ, caring, sharing and growing...
